What are the care steps for your bags?
To preserve your bag, spruce it up regularly. We advise customers to apply a natural, colourless conditioner (universal lotion such as ”Saphir”) to the leather, allow to dry for a few minutes, then shine the leather with a soft cloth. Retroreflective bellows can be cleaned with a clean non-abrasive sponge and water, then wipeed down with a soft cloth. The bag will naturally acquire wear during use, developing a beautiful patina over the months.
What is vegetable-tanned leather?
Vegetable tanning is obtained by tanning hide with a natural substance – tannin – found in the bark of plants. The part of the tree chosen for tanning will be where tannins are most concentrated.

The physical and aesthetic characteristics of vegetable tanning make this a very special technique; no chemicals are used, since tannin occurs naturally.

Vegetable-tanned leather is a fairly stiff and solid material with excellent performance. Furthermore, as it ages over the years, it improves.

Where are ann/so bags made?
Our bag leather, retroreflective PU and fitments are made in Italy. Our bags are hand-made from start to finish (cutting, assembly, stitching, detailing) by a master leathercraft worker in the Paris région.

Can I return an article?
Per the dispositions of French law (Article L. 121-20 et seq. of the consumer code), you are allowed fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the items purchased on the Website to exercise your cancellation rights, without penalty and without specifying a reason,

After validation by the customer service, you will receive an E-mail confirming authorization of your return. You must then return the article to the Company. Return costs shall be borne by Customer.
Right of return shall be confirmed provided the item is returned in its packaging and with the original label. The product shall not have been worn, carried, fitted or modified; neither shall it be damaged – it shall be in perfect condition to allow re-offer for sale.
Details of payment options, invoices and taxes
For payment, we accept all major credit cards (CB, Visa, Mastercard and American Express); otherwise you can use a Paypal account.
The debit will be made in the same currency as that displayed at time of payment.
The order total includes shipping costs, taxes and import duties.
You can download your invoice to your customer account.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, payments are 100% protected! All information exchanged during processing of your payment is encrypted via SSL certification. This data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. Data is not accessible via our Company’s computer systems.
Shortly after you have made your purchase, you will receive an E-mail containing a summary of your order. After checking availability of products, we will prepare the package for shipping, and confirm your order by E-mail. If within 24 hours of your purchase you have not received an E-mail confirming your order, latter has probably not been recorded in our system. 3/ Delivery

How long are your shipping times?
Orders are usually shipped within two to four working days of an online purchase. Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation E-mail from us, stating your ”tracking number”.
Amount of delivery charges?
Shipping is provided freepof charge within France. For Rest of World, shipping costs are between 10 and 30 Euro’s depending on the weight of the product ordered, and the destination.

The data provided by you the Customer to the Company is not transmitted or sold to other companies.
