Deliveries and Returns

1/ Delivery

Items shall be delivered to the delivery address specified during the ordering process; the Company shall not be held liable if the delivery address indicated is incorrect or non-existent.
Items not collected from the point of delivery within the specified time (14 days) shall be returned to the Company. Customer shall then be charged an amount corresponding to the costs incurred by said return.

2/ Shipping charges

Delivery is included free of charge for all orders in metropolitan France.
For Rest of World: Shipping costs are between 10 and 30 Euro’s depending on the weight of the product ordered, and the destination. Orders shall be delivered DDP (”Delivery Duty Paid”, i.e. VAT and customs duty included) as follows: European Union ( Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden); United Kingdom.
Rest of World: Prices displayed on the site shall be charged net of VAT. These orders shall be DDU (“Delivery Duty Unpaid”), the Company being materially unable to provide customers with accurate information on the total cost of customs duties, formalities or import taxes etc. applicable in the country of delivery. Recipient shall be liable for payment of all such taxes, and payment of same shall be required in order for the shipment to be released.

3/ Shipping times

A delivery date is displayed during the shopping “Cart” phase of the Ordering process. Every effort is made to ensure that delivery occurs within two to four working days in metropolitan France.

4/ Delivery issues

Any lack of service or delivery delay exceeding eight (8) working days shall be reported to the Company’s customer service, as soon as possible. Any claim made later than thirty (30) calendar days after the date of validation of Customer’s Order shall not be accepted.

5/ Returns

Per the conditions of the French consumer code, Article L. 121-20 et seq., Customer shall dispose of a period of fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of items purchased on the Website to exercise cancellation rights, without penalty or need to state a reason, provded goods are returned new and in their original packaging complete with labelling. Under no circumstances shall bags & accessories have been carried, fitted or worn.

To this end, Customer shall inform the Company by sending an unambiguous E-mail message to Company’s customer service at:, prior to expiry of the cancellation period.
After validation by the customer service, Customer shall receive an E-mail containing a return voucher including a return authorization number, for printing and affixing to the package, and return address details, viz.:
Return address: ann/so, 59, rue de l’Ourcq, 75019-PARIS (France).

In the event of an error attributable to the Company (e.g. defective item or order-preparation error), the Company shall cover the cost of returning the item: the Customer shall complete the return request in accordance with the procedure described above, then follow the instructions received from the Company, and finally remit the package to the carrier identified by the Company.
